Rand Paul Expresses Support For Kavanaugh's Nomination

Libertarian-leaning Republican Senator Rand Paul, R-Ky., announced Monday he has decided to support federal appeals court judge Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the Supreme Court. Paul previously described himself as "honestly undecided."
