Asian Markets Rise After U.S., China Agree To Resume Trade Talks

Asian stock markets are mostly higher on Monday and U.S. stock futures surged following news that the U.S. and China have agreed to restart trade talks as well as to not impose additional tariffs on each other's products. The decision came at the highly-anticipated meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G-20 summit in Osaka, Japan, on Saturday.
