Quentin Tarantino’s Curated A Four Hour Playlist Filled With His Movies’ Best Music Moments

As Quentin Tarantino gears up to share his ninth feature film, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, with the world, he today has taken over Spotify’s ‘Film & TV Favourites’ playlist with some of his favourite songs that have featured throughout his previous films.

The music chosen to feature within the movies are as pivotal as the characters themselves, giving us some historically memorable moments to look back on, and there are some good ones in here.

The playlist opens with Nancy Sinatra’s ‘Bang Bang’, featured in the opening moments of Kill Bill: Vol. 1. David Bowie’s ‘Cat People (Putting Out The Fire’ from Inglorious Basterds is in there too. Throughout the playlist, we’re treated to moments from Dusty SpringfieldZZ TopChuck BerryThe White Stripes and more.

Tarantino also contributed a recorded introduction to the playlist. In the words of Tarantino himself, “Sit back, relax and move into the soundscape of a Quentin Tarantino movie. You may never wanna leave.”
