Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 Vaccine Gets Full Approval From FDA

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Monday gave full approval to Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine for people age 16 and older. This marks the first Covid vaccine to be fully approved by the drug regulator.
