Bitcoin Miner Bitdeer Set To Go Public Via $4 Bln SPAC Deal

Bitcoin miner Bitdeer Technologies is set to become a publicly listed company through a $4 billion business combination deal with Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp. (BSGA), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company or SPAC. Blue Safari went public in June, raising $57.5 million from its initial public offering.
